Poster Session

The poster presenters are required to give a 2 minutes flash talk in the order of their poster numbers at the beginning of the session on April 29.

Instructions for posters

  • The presenter must post his/her poster in the assigned location during the poster session on April 29
  • The poster session will be from 16:30 to 18:00.
  • Presenters of odd number poster must stand by their posters during the first half to explain their work and receive feedback from attendees.
  • Presenters of even number poster must stand by their posters during the second half to explain their work and receive feedback from attendees.
  • The size of the poster is equivalent to that of an A0 paper, which is 84 cm (width) x 119 cm (height).
