Poster Session

The poster presenters are required to give a 2-minute flash talk in the order of their poster numbers during the session from 13:30 to 14:30 on October 7.

Instructions for posters

  • The presenter must post his/her poster in the assigned location during lunch time on October 7.
  • The poster session will be from 14:30 to 16:00.
  • All poster presenters must stand by their posters to explain their work and receive feedback from attendees.
  • The size of the poster is equivalent to that of an A0 paper, which is 84 cm (width) x 119 cm (height).

  • Please remove your poster at the end of the poster session.
